Delete your Baby Tracker account

You can delete your Baby Tracker account at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes your data from our cloud servers. This applies to the Baby Tracker app (com.apponance.baby) on web, iOS, and Android.

Delete your cloud account

  1. 1 Open app.babygrow.io/delete-account and sign in with your Baby Tracker account.
  2. 2 Review which account and care records will be removed.
  3. 3 Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.
  4. 4 Access is disabled after the request is accepted. Server cleanup continues in the background.

Or request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, email us from the address you signed in with and we’ll delete your account. Include your sign-in method (Google or Apple) so we can locate the account. We process deletion requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • check_circle Your account and sign-in (Google / Apple) link
  • check_circle Baby profiles
  • check_circle Tracked events — feeds, sleep, diapers, growth, milestones, and more
  • check_circle Photos and attachments stored in the cloud

What we may keep

  • info Records we are legally required to keep are retained only for the period the law requires, then deleted.
  • info Care records owned by another family and previously exported copies can remain. Sign out of Baby Tracker on your devices to clear their local records.
